Upcoming City Mayor Election

Ken Nelson has voted in support of about every plan that Jim Smith has requested - gates permits everything. He also votes on other city issues exactly as smith lets everyone know how he feels about an issue.

Looks like smith has been busy putting up Nelson for Mayor signs all over the baw community he thinks he rules-even in yards without permission of owners. yep, smith would LOVE Nelson to be mayor. A vote for nelson is a vote for smith and all his plans.

with Nelson as Mayor, every "Welcome to Panama City Beach" sign will have just under it: "Owned and operated by Jimmie A Smith, President of BAWBP."

OBERST IS GETTING MY VOTE - GET YOUR SIGNS OUT GAYLE. there are loads of residents in baw communities that want one.

William Harris is from Kennesaw Mountain, GA. He has over 100 web sites and make his living with people logging onto one of his sites. He thrives on controversy and our Bid-A-Wee gates was perfect for his modus operandi. He bought a townhouse at Nautilus Cove but got into a lawsuit with them and is no longer a resident. He has done the same thing to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, MARTA, the Atlanta Transportation System, Target, Water stone Properties, and CVS Pharmacy. Of course he will deny being paid for hits on his web site but it is a fact. I receive permission from every property owner before placing a sign. He is in cahoots with Randy Martin, the guy who assaulted me on my property when I was cutting grass. The information down below was written by Martin. Martin is charged with three felonies and we have a trial date of the week of Jan 23 through th 27th. He is not a voter in Bay County. He has committed mail fraud, we have proof of that and the feds should be paying him a visit soon. I refuse to acknowledge him because it gives him credibility. Not sure if Tom Lewis will pay any attention to him but he needs to Google either William or Bill Harris and Kennesaw, GA and see what pops up.

I am Randy Martin. I do not know Mr Harris. never met him. As for me writing what was written here. Jim Smith is a liar and that can easily be proven Mr Harris has the IP address of who wrote it which we can use in court but most people know that he is a pathological liar.. The state of Florida knows it for sure and IF we go to trial the world will know what really happend July 29th. He has lied under oath that we can prove about 6 times not counting the lies he told we can prove during his deposition. But his writing this will only help my lawsuit against him and his wife. I will also sue the BOD and each board member individually for actions taken by the board, and for failing to control the President. Smith you better pray every day I am convicted because if I am not you have no defense in the lawsuits I will be filing. The world will know the truth in two weeks. Then it will be my turn.

The guest posting is correct. Mr. Nelson is an unscrupulous politician and is a typical good old boy who has drank the kool aid served by Smith. Smith likes to tell politicians that he represents a large group of voters that will drink his kool aid and elected whoever he recommends.

He was one of the first donor's to Nelsons' campaign and has now plastered signs all over the Bid-A-Wee neighborhood. He is not telling the truth when he says he got permission from each property owner before he placed the sign's. He should also be reminded of the Panama City Beach ordinance, on the placement of political sign's.

Jim Smith thinks he is mayor of Bid-A-Wee and I believe his ultimate goal is to be elected to the city council. He is a legend in his own mind and has illusion's of grandeur.

Nelson should be asked publicly if he supports using tax payers money for private property owners as he did when Smith went to his cronies and ask for money to build a vehicle gate to the beach and Nelson supported and promised him he could get it. Smith though he had it locked-up with the support of Nelson and Strange, who he had supported in her election to the city council. They voted to give Smith and BAWBP, Inc. over $2,000 for the gate while the, not-for-profit, organization had over $85,000 in their account. More reasonable members of the council voted not to fund the gate. Nelson and Strange tried to justify the money even after they could tell the council was leaning towards disapproving it. Nelson even tried to negotiate how much money to give Smith, suggesting the city pay half for the gate. Nelson and Strange didn't want to do what was right for citizen's of the city but chose to support a political supporter. Typical, scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

It would be interesting to know what alliance and promises they have now made with Smith for what they think is the votes that Smith can deliver.

Many resident's of BAWB are sick and tired of Smith and are going to work together to defeat him and those politician's who he supports.

In regards to the post of Jan 6th where I reproduced a rambling discourse to me from BAW President/King Jimmy Smith, there is only one part which I will 'dispute' of the many half true things he says. Here is that one thing: "Of course he will deny being paid for hits on his web site but it is a fact."

In my one personal meeting with him in mid-July he went on and on about this site of mine where I post the articles and media info about BAW and he is convinced that the advertisements that pop up when he looks at these sites are things that I am getting paid by advertisers to display on my blog.

He mentioned at least three times during that meeting that I was carrying advertisements for women's large size bras. I have NO advertisements of any nature on any of my blogs.

Here is why he was getting these pop ups when he went to my site. Someone using his computer had previously looked at some womens clothing site for large size womens clothing/underwear and a cookie was left on his machine, thus the pop ups he was getting.

If any of you know Jimmy and you can catch him when he has been taking his medication you might tell the old gentleman all about pop up advertisements and 'cookies'. He isn't going to listen to me but maybe if you catch him in one of his rare rational moods you can clue him in.
